Dorade took first in its class (Division D) in the SoCal 300 over the weekend. The race, which kicked off on Thursday, June 1 took the team, along with the rest of the 26-boat fleet, on a 245-nautical mile race from Santa Barbara to San Diego. The team crossed the finish line at 1:24 PM (PDT) on Saturday, June 3 with an elapsed time of two days, one hour, 24 minutes and 5 seconds.
