The team has been very busy over the past few weeks. A lot of sanding and prepping for paint has been done onboard Dorade. Primer will go on by the end of this week. Stay tuned for more updates from the shipyard!

The Dorade team is getting to work before the weather turns too cold. The 52-foot yawl's masts and booms have been taped down and undergone three coats of varnish. Stay tuned for more updates from the shipyard.

The Dorade team was delayed a few days due to a water main break, which shut down the whole Melville Marine Complex, but now the yawl is inside, in its spot for the winter.

Dorade is preparing for the winter at Loughborough Marine Interests in Portsmouth, R.I. The 52-foot yawl had its masts taken out and will get a few coats of varnish before being stored.
