The lower part of the forward starboard lockers has been fitted to accommodate Dorade’sbatteries. Twin lithium ion batteries will sit on top of the platform. Ample tie down and covering will be fitted once the batteries themselves arrive. After much deliberation, Joe has found a location that is both low enough and forward enough for these heavy passengers. The nearly central location of the batteries will be good not only for balancing the boat but also for balancing the electrical system.
